“The sites visited were all amazing - especially Sedlec which had been a “must see” for us. Downsides - it’s hard to find the pick up point. It’s not clear that you need to go to the yellow Prague City Tours booth to get on the tour - there was no Viator branding visible. The guide, whilst knowledgeable, talked so much that we felt we basically ran through some sites and we had almost no free time in Kutná Hora and only ten minutes at Sedlec. He also made some misogynistic jokes ie pointing at a fiat 500 and saying “that’s the perfect car for a woman to park because…”

“Went on a tour with Ondřej, and the day was fantastic. Picked us up right outside our hotel and he came prepared with snacks and water for us which was great. We went to a wonderful historically preserved medieval Czech village that went through living in Czech village through the ages. It was interesting to see the culture through history. Ondřej, then took us to a village lunch spot that had great local cuisine that was covered in the cost of the tour. We explored the city of Kutna Hora, with time to explore to our hearts content. “Well, this was our second day trip in Prague and it was worse than the first. I don't know if we got unlucky or if it's cultural, but we've cancelled our third trip because we're so disappointed. Again, no clear instructions at all from the guide. The trip to there was 30 mins longer than they said, but no bathroom stops were offered. When we arrived in Kutna Hora, and the guide was standing in line to buy our tickets, we asked if she could point in the direction of a public restroom. She YELLED that she couldn't get out of line to show us and we had to wait.…”
